Week 4 Day 5 - hamstring and glutes workout - I tried to fit this workout in to day as i took Saturday and Sunday completely off and just stayed at the beach, on the sunbed or swimming in the lovely sea water which makes such a difference from chlorine pools! Friday night was amazing and i was surprised at the calorie burn with just dancing and jumping to my fav band. Went easy on the gummy bears - just had two spoonfuls and then that was it no alcohol after that for the rest of the night. It was such a fun weekend, I had difficulty making it to the gym this morning but I pushed through, thank to the video which i just follow. I don't have to think what's next and this helps alot on days like this when your body just wants to switch off and your heart knows you've got to pump it up!
