Day 6:) ODAATON -- One day at a time on vacation! I'm feeling great and ready to go relax and enjoy while staying my course on my healthy eating & living highway. My focus will be staying gluten, lactose & sugar free and eating mindfully, while enjoying my family and having fun together! I know I have the support of all of you (my construction crew) and all the tools needed to stay on track while living my big, new life. So, off I go, but first I'll pray --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.
And through this one day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, journal & express my way. I'm so grateful for each of amazing you and our special place here on FS, my family & IRL friends, my upcoming vacation and going into it in such a great place, and having the health & wealth to live this life I love! xoxox
