Been exercising a lot but sugary treats have still been my weakness. Reckon I'd be another 1.5-2.0 kg down since last weigh in if I'd controlled that side better. Played 5 sets of tennis yesterday which was great but more discipline and I'll get to my goal faster. Happy with the loss but behind schedule in terms of time, although not stressing it. Will start weighing in more regularly again and hope to regain some focus. Think my target however is not as low as it needs to be. The last time I was at my target weight I carried a lot more muscle. Might have to adjust by an additional 3 kg.
