Don't really know what to say. Feels like I have been dieting/starving my whole life. Until recently I finally found out what it was to let food fuel me and to accept that it is a lifestyle NOT a way of coping/not coping with life.

I have pretty much tried every diet under the sun. I was so lucky to adapt a low-carb lifestyle change of June 1st of this year.. after eating all my "reserves" I had bought for the pandemic this last year. I was at 236# and did not want to go down that road again to 300#. Since then I have lost 41# and weighing in at 195. My goal weight is 150# so I am about halfway there.

Accountability begins again.
