Didn’t do too bad this weekend considering we did a mock up tailgate party for our new food business venture, Dougies Smoked Meats. This is a tamale bomb with hatch hog meat. Topped with chipotle and cilantro crema.

That’s awesome! Jess has had her baking business for 8 years and I’ve been with her all the way along. It’s much more rewarding personally to do our own thing, but trying to get the finances up to the level of the personal reward 😁
