Well, guess what? I finally went and bought myself a scale!!! Yeah it was nice to see that my boyfriend taking me out to eat so many times (before I started Atkins) didn't make me gain a tremendous amount of weight cause I was steadily losing on my previous diet. I know that I gained some back that I lost prior but, the scale assures me that I lost it again and even more!!! I am so happy. I haven't had a scale for a long time. My boyfriend is a diabetic with heart problems and his cholesterol is very high. We are now currently on the diet together and doing very well. It helps to have the support of another person while dieting. Anyway, I just wanted to tell everyone hello and good luck. I am already looking forward to weighing in again next week!!!
