After last week's crazy bump, which I said was a head game and water weight, turned out to be exactly that. I shed that and actually lost about 2 lbs. I went from 173.2 down to 167.8. That is a 4.4 loss. If it wasn't mostly water weight I'd be concerned, but as it is I'll take it.
