Finally I fell like when I look in the mirror I don't see my fat rolls first thing. I am starting to look smaller ( to me ) and feel better about how I look in clothes.
Thinking I am wanting to lose just a little more and work on my stomach.
Any ideas on how to lose your stomach fat and nothing else??? That would be perfect!

lipo? J/K!! I don't think you get to pick where the fat comes from, sadly. But, I'm sure doing a boat load of core exercises would help firm it up underneath? Either way, congratulations on feeling thinner and stronger!!! You did it. You broke past that 141!

Only thing I can think of are crunches....I heard that a medicine ball is good for that too.Have a healthy week....

Glad you're admiring your body again! You're doing a great job!!! My vote is for Tummy Tuck...but you have to take me too :D Keep up the good work SKINNY!!!

Thanks guys. A tummy tuck might be my only option. I have two other people that want work done too so we will all ( including you Patience ) will have to get a good deal and get them all done together!

Do the crunches kiddo, they work, they take time, but work. I remember Oprah saying once, try to do at least 55-60 crunches 5-6 times a week and before you know it you will notice a difference, worth a try before spending money if that actually is an option. All I know, I would be getting a boob job first, I am one of those who are losing the weight in the girls before I do anywhere else, figures! :) I am so proud of your progress!!
