Transformation Butterfly's Notizen, 20 Aug 14

I never measured the amount of food I ate in the past now it seems that I measure the amount of everything I put on a plate to eat. This is helping me keep a count of portion sizes but it really makes you see how little food you can eat at meals. I find that I am eating more frequently and I am usually starving for lunch now around 11:00 am. (Normally eating breakfast at 5:00 am as I get up at 4:00 am to exercise before getting ready for work.)I am trying to stick to cut of time for dinner no later than 5 pm. I know this sounds strange but after spending three months in a hospital and getting this schedule done daily I dropped massive amounts of weight so trying to incorporate this routine to my current weight loss goals. I opted out of television for the next three months(no commercials about eating at fast food restaurants, ice cream and other temptations) will stick to DVD's, meditation and reading.
