up and I know why, it's no mystery. been going through a major flare up of my RA this week so no exercises, in bed most of the day and eating junk food because I can't get up to cook - hubby bringing pizza, kfc and Micky D's home every night for supper and me eating it because it's easier to slip into comfortable old habits. good news is it's starting to ease up today so should be able to move more this week
