A solid 199, this in spite of a zero prune day, as I will simply call it. However, I won't question it. Going into Day 3 of Atkins done correctly, it's likely to be water weight anyhow.
Day 3 today and it's really kicking my ass in terms of energy. Whew! I'm not sure which is better - the empty, hollow feeling before I eat, or that slightly light feeling after I eat where my body is scrambling for carbs in my tummy and, finding none, is still exhausted. LOL.
Had every intention of going to the gym tonight. Not gonna happen. I honestly don't think I could drive there safely. I'm that wasted. I will, however, walk the dogs for another 30 minutes, just to do something and say, "There, I did SOMETHING." Then go to bed at 7:45PM.
