Not tracking or weighing in today; a long stressful day and 7 hours in a vehicle on my old-lady hips made me feel cranky enough without worrying about what I was eating too.
I was with other people too and I didn’t want to inflict my angst on them. It’s only one day. I’ll do Scarlet tonight and “worry about that tomorrow.” 😁

I spent the day with a friend. We went Mexican for supper after a day of shopping and bowling!
Sometimes it’s gotta be a “let it go” kinda day… and then we start anew 🥰
