I changed my goal weight, it had me having to losing almost 50 pounds to reach my goal. I changed it to less than 25 pounds, a much lower mountain to climb. Once I get there, I will reevaluate my position and maybe drop my goal by 10 pound increments. Although I didn't start logging my weight right away, I have lost 7 lbs. in the last few weeks, only 18 more to go!!

I did this too. I set my “first” weight loss goal at 194 pounds; just because that number gets me out of the “medically obese” range. It’s taking forever 😳 but it was never intended to be an end point. I will re-evaluate when I finally get there!
