Took the summer off had a lot going on, Total knee replacement a cruise to alaska and if it hadnt been canceled at the last minute i would be on a cruiseship now omw to Hawaii. I started this journey last spring after i retired from truckdriving (sitting,eating and sleeping)at a weight of 325. Knee is about 85% (was about 50% before replacement) so Ive been recently increasing indoor excersize with treadmill and total gym.I remember how i lost 25 lbs just watching my food intake so here i am again in time to finish out the year. Thanks in advance for the insperation you all give me when i log in here and congratulations to all for there acheivements
