Christiana's Notizen, 31 Mrz 11

Okay well right after getting down into the 130's last week I had a weekend of not good stuff. It was my niece's birthday and I ate ice cream and cake for two days. I exercised those two days but yeah, back to my old bad eating habits. I think I was being a little self-defeating after doing so well for those few days. And as it was I when back up to 142.

So this week I haven't been doing too bad but not really seeing much change on the scale either. However, last night I had a hamburger and fries for dinner then I snacked on strawberries and dried cranberries very late in the night. Although, I killed it at the gym earlier that day and was feeling deprived, I think. This morning was about 141.

Today I've been good, (so far) and again I am planning on going to the gym. I've only just discovered that they have a rowing machine at my gym and I've fallen in love with it, much like I did with the elliptical machine a long time ago. It’s so much fun to do. It seems more like play then work to me when I use it. Not to mention, it make me feel strong getting that little fan to spinning really fast.

So the plan for the rest of the day is go to the gym and then NOT snack my way out of a weight loss tomorrow as I have been doing lately. I will try my old trick of drinking green tea at night so that I don’t eat late anymore.
