Totally out of control today. I ate like I hadn’t seen food in forever. All the wrong things too. Why? Why? Does this happen? I was just starting to get a handle on things again - or so I thought 😠
Back to the drawing board tomorrow. It’s gonna take a week to undo today‘s wreckage.

This is called, eat our emotions. What's happend before you ate a lot? Anxiety? afraid? hanger? what did you tried fill? evaluate this 🙂. Don't give up, this is most important.

It's a blip on a lifestyle continuum. Think of it that way. The truth is, even people who eat healthy and don't have food issues have their days where they mow down a ton of food. If you think you'll go your whole life being "perfect" with your diet, you'll only end up beating yourself up because no one is perfect.
