Started day off with no weight loss and no gain. Went for a good healthy home made smoothie for breakfast then had to have a second bowl of very good chili for lunch. After a calorie calculation I find first im stuffed ate way to much and second I'll be on a water and lemon diet for the rest of the day as I used 80% of my calories for lunch. Live and learn. (but it was real good chili)
