well I flubbed up the other day. Nearing my lovely ovulation week <:{ I was craving a carrot cake so I got one. Man was it good. Now I am back on track again and in a load of pain so nothing is easy but, I can do it. But... we all have our days and I had mine. Wish me luck

good luck from me and dont worry sometimes a little cheat now and then helps you to actually stay on the diet if you know what i mean.
