Day 1- Restart, I know it's cliche but yesterday I said to myself:"self, you can not go on like this anymore". So today I started clean and focused on what I want, what I have always wanted for as long as I can remember, to find myself, the part that has been hiding for 30+ years. Last year I turned 40 and as I am half way to the end I need to, no, I want to do this for me, now!!!. Calling this my LAST RESTART.

I will weigh in everyday so that I do not f*ck this up, not even for 1 day. I need to do this obsessively or it will slip out of my control and I do not want that.

I can do this, I will do this, I am doing this.
