Starting on Week 3 of my renewed attempt to get back down there again. I don't always take the time to write but maybe I should. Today I was up at 5:30 and hit the gym by 8, started back into weight training. It wasn't like the old days when I had a partner. this is different doing it by yourself. It is a little more difficult to stay motivated, to get into the routine. It would probably be better if I had someone pushing but I guess in the long-run, if you learn to depend only on yourself when it comes to working out and taking care of yourself it is better because then you will have the staying power for the long haul which is what it is all about. This yo-yo thing is for the birds.
