2021 the scale didn't change that much, but I DID put on 2 pounds of muscle and increased my bone density by .5 pound and I'm proud of that, considering losing my Dad, dealing with my disability, and the isolation and depression related to the pandemic. I think I'm doing good and I'm just gonna keep going 🙂
I've started eating 2 cups of salad before my 2 meals a day. I do an organic, low carb, low sodium plan. so basically clean protein and veg. A few complex carbs here and there... I eat lunch and dinner. And it's really helped with my satiety and digestion. Highly recommend at least 1 big salad a day 💚
