Day 12, Whole30. Highly tempted last night to have a glass of wine. I didn’t though. Getting 10hours sleep so that helps and getting lots of walking in the fresh air, 2 & 1/2 hours today in a local garden by the sea so very upbeat, mood enhancing day overall. I’m keeping myself busy with lots of projects I have left undone. This is the year for completion! Good health and success everyone!!!
