Thank you Seungyoun_127. I had some things resurfacing about past trauma and it’s tough to deal with.
In terms of weight loss I can tell you that bouncing up and down that same pound has been nothing short of p!ssing me off!
Anyway, let’s keep on keeping on. 💪 Everyone has a journey we know nothing about. ❤️
