Day 17 Whole30, I don’t know why I am not hungry. I have been intermittent fasting for 3 years so breakfast is not a habit. Whole30 wants us to eat three meals per day so I am working on that new behaviour. Just couldn’t eat this morning. Still on plan, no cheating, but for this challenge it’s not easy staying under 30g of carb.

If you're eating under 30g of carbs, you must be in ketosis, which means your body is in fat burning mode - hence really not hungary. You are eating your fat stores. I think you'll have a nice surprise when you do weigh in! Great Job, PattiOB!
