wow, yesterday I was a bit off balance. After eating the steak and tomato I felt so much better. I slept very well too.
No loss today..no gain either so I am happy. stayed on the job site during my break. That is the ticket. No driving by tempting fast foods.

I will look for a loss tomorrow. Yoga stretching for exercise (I have really stiff and sore muscles. I have to start somewhere)and walking. It started to rain so I opened the dusty treadmill. That was a feat in itself. 12 minutes, wow...I need to find the instruction manual...one of my kids has it set to give sprints quite frequently...much too hard for me. and based on the dust, much too hard for them too.
