My last weigh in was early August 66.9. I was actually down to about 65 but over the last 10-14 days I have gone backwards which is why I'm starting to track again. Stress and long hours at work have sapped my motivation to go to the gym and the change in weather has reduced the opportunity to play tennis. Need to feel better mentally and physically which I think will come from discipline and making the right choices.
