oh wow, I just made it to yellow. I fell so happy. Although it has not been a smooth path. At some point I was stuck on the 72 region for a long time, needless to say I felt deflated.
My diet at some point got messed up by not knowing what to eat. Will be having Veggies mostly this week, I miss them.
Fatsecret family, I hope that you had a clearer two months than I. A cool head and a patient heart is what I need to keep at it healthly. Happy weekend good people.
