Hello my lovely friends hope ur keeping well another storm heading our way ….rain so no walks yet went to see the Gp today my first face2face appointment in 3 years …. As I walked in He said you have lost weight since I last time what a relief before the massive gain during the pandemic requested some blood work & if it’s ok to join the gym now …. He said will book me in with a specialist to be sure if maybe I can now …. So will see 14 March is blood tests & then the specialist so fingers crossed water retention is massive fingers swollen & ankles will see feel good because life is on track planning a Holiday in May 😊 2 days in Heaven ♥️♥️♥️😍😍😍♥️♥️♥️
