my weight is up. But now I know why, I thought I was eating 50g of yought but it turns out to be about 500g also my granola I thought was 40g was about 600g or something like that.😂🤣😅🙄😏. oh dear silly me. I have eaten 3 × 1kg pots of natural yought a week. 😬🙄. Still Merry Mel. 🤩.
