I am feeling good this week. I have not been logging my food this week but I am doing better on what I am eating.
I added a complex carb to my morning breakfast. I read that this helps with digesting the protein and a better break down of the food you eat and in return it helps heel and repair your muscles faster after a workout. So we will see if this helps.
I started last week with a 1/2 mile walk/jog and this week I started getting out every other morning and doing 1 mile.
I feel really good about getting out and walking/jogging. I am not fast at all but it is a start and I may never be a runner but that's ok. I am doing this to change up my workouts some and see if I can get this belly fat gone for good.
I think I will try to change things up every six weeks to see if that helps.

Complex carb? I do not think it matters how long it takes you to do it, as long as you have done what you can and finished it :) I am sooo not a runner, that's fantastic that you are doing that. Have a great weekend!

Complex carbs like whole grains or oatmeal. Things like that. I am soooo not a runner as well. Maybe I should start a challange called soooo not a runner, lol. I bet I would get a lot of people to follow that one.
