walked/jogged a mile and a half today. Feels good but can't wait to run faster and for longer periods. I know this will take time but that's ok as long as I stick with it!

If you haven't tried it, google couch to 5k. It will give you a good guide to progressively work your way up to jogging for a longer period of time. It is so helpful. I am signed up for a 5k on May 1st and it is helpful whether you run one or not. It is something you do 3xs a week.
