Steroids must be helping or I was overly tired last night. For the first time ever my watch congratulated me on sleeping. Well that might be an overstatement. It said "You woke up less frequently during the night than usual. Good job!" I even managed to get into Deep Sleep for 22 minutes. That's after my watch bitched me out yesterday for another night of not getting any Deep Sleep, and how bad that is for me. While that 22 minutes is below average for a typical person sleeping 4+ hours, it's well above my usual of 0 to 12 on any given night.
Some of you might be thinking that's not weight related, but you'd be wrong. Rest is when your body repairs itself, so all that hard work y'all are putting in at the gym, and out in the streets walking, biking, etc. doesn't pay off until you let your body process the results.
Felt better on the ride in this morning than I usually do, so while I can't say I bounced out of bed, pain free and ambulatory. I can say that there was less pain on my commute than usual. The day's pain seems to be at my normal levels, just trying to get thru until Dial-A-Ride picks me up again this evening.
