a multi vitamin my extra D carrots and mixed vegetables with taco meat is making good lunches and suppers im a bit concerned with the low calorie count but it helps when wife suprises me with a burrito or pudding so we will see how it goes. Fasting tonight as i have lab work in the morning which will give me a better idea on what direction i need to head. weather is breaking im out digginf in the garden moving sticks logs and brush so activity has increases also. saw a 2 pound drop this morning and am pleased.
