So according to the Internet this is what the 20lbs I lost looks like. A ton. Especially if you go to your local store and pick up a turkey, pack of dog food, or anything that measures up to what you lost. It really shows you how far you've came.

I don't recommend this to dieters using this site, recording gives you accountability. But, I've stopped documenting what I've ate. The main reason for this is because I want to see if I can maintain my lost, and actually I've lost more weight. This is about a lifestyle change not just a diet.
