lost 35 lbs since i found this site a bit over a year ago. would have been more but back to back cruises surrounded by good food had me add 12 back on but since my return to calorie counting and excersize ive lost 10 of those already. A few more lbs and doctor noted i would be at my lowest weight since 2017 thus setting a new mini goal. Noticed drinking more water (3 to 4 16oz glasses) ZERO soda pop adding more fruit and veggies and trying to equal protein and fat to good carbs not only keeps me not feeling hungry but has allowed me to drop may daily calorie intake because im full after evening meal.
