Yes! It is spaghetti squash and a turkey burger. I make those burgers with:
1lb ground turkey
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 Small Sauteed onion
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 egg
I use the same mixture for small meatball and meatloaf muffins. 😁
