Happy 😃 happy….where am I…

How weird this morning has started…I woke up at 348am…before alarm clock went off….over 8 hours of straight sleep…no p wake ups…21 % was in deep sleep….and I got my morning tide in and it’s only602am….hoping this is start to a new routine..hoping body has finally reset on the time change….

Had a check up at eye doctor…everything the same..no changes…

Did 4 workouts with the resistance bands..kinda looking forward to the workouts..although no longer then I do them..my arms and shoulders are tired….

Dam….I feel good today….lol….

As always still things to do..keep this train on schedule…
