I wonder if this my happy weight. Even with the weigh in Wednesday at 155. I just can’t seem to move away from this range. My Dr told me ideal is 140

I am in basically the exact same boat. Right now I am working on building muscle and bone density by weightlifting, adjusting my macros to cut out fat and carbs, and also keeping protein at 60 grams a day. 'Happy weight" for me is where I am eating exactly what I want and not the amount that will help me lose weight. We can do it!
