I lost another pound this week! wooHOO!
Today's mantra...One pound at a time, one day at a time...
I think the testimonials in the books can set one up for disappointment - I mean most of those folks dropped weight like crazy. But my doctor tells me losing weight at a rate of 1-2 pounds a week is the goal, so I am right on track.
Just these 5 pounds have made a difference in how I feel, and I have more energy. I can feel a difference in my clothes too, so those are all successes.
