I've been good on the food front this shift, but now comes the hard part...I'm heading home this afternoon for a week. Really need to stick to the plan. I've asked my wife to pick up my veggies and other requirements so that I can stick to it...the challenge is staying away from the snacks ;-)

I pack a cooler with stuff I can eat when I go visiting (Unsweet rice milk cartons, veggies, my simply lite chocolate bars, etc). At family stuff I offer to cook a healthier meal every now and again for everyone, they love my stirfrys. The cooler would work well for snacking. Good luck!
