i ve been forgeting to record on my journal. im glad im still tring my best to be good. i have a problem with sugar as you can see i eat chocolate,sometimes i use milk and sugar on the coffees and teas. i eat chips its crazy the way i cant overpower the cravings. i need help on how to overcome the craving bakithi. when i started with the metabolisn 2weeks diet i was able to stay off the sugar for the whole 2weeks and it was unbearable but i was able. now that i ve selected my own way of eating i turn to sweets and chip i hate that. i also need to go back to the water drinking habit (2lt) a day. just today i only drank 750ml. some other days i dont drink water especially if im away from gym. ohhhh. any suggestions on my challenges ?
