Tomorrow is my weigh day and I’m not looking forward to it. Last weekend, I was lucky to stay the same. But the beginning of this week I strained my lower back and haven’t been able to exercise like I should and I know I’m eating way more than I should. I need to get back on track soon.

Tomorrow is my weigh in day too. Good healthy eating to us! I am losing slowly and will be thrilled to have lost 1/2 to 1 pound. My scale awaits my presence. My tracker helps a lot. I have given myself a huge choice of calories to eat per day - 1200 to 1600 per day. I aim for 1400.

Back pain can really wear a person down. You were smart not to force any exercise. Keep taking good care of yourself. You'll get back on track. :)
