Hey everyone!

I got signed for my first workout at Legends. Let's see if I can make it. The workout is free, just to check things out. It's at a facility close to where I receive mental health assistance.

I have completed Day 3 of the no sugar and copious amounts of water. So much to do today, but it'll be worth it if my mom can take me there.

I have lost another 6 pounds because of the sugar, and water stuff, and I've been eating close to my max calories. It's awesome!

My mom loves the food that we've had so far from the recipes section. I'll leave another journal entry once I get back.

I will show a scale pic tomorrow, good or bad.
