Good Morning, today is Spa day, Angie and I are going with Anne when she comes at 9.00am. very naughty yesterday I ate over 3000 calories. so until I go back to work Thursday. the 1.2lbs loss will be starting all over again. I have not been 114lbs since May16th last year. so I seem to battle with my weight continuously. Still that's life. How are you all? Anyone who needs encouragement for anything we are all here for you. Merry Mel 🤩
