We all have days that take us away from our preferred routines that for many of us include exercise time whether that is iat a gym or nature walking. Those are days I am particularly mindful of what and how much I eat. I spend a fair amount of time dealing with a sick/ disabled sister which means a lot of driving and sitting either in doctor offices or my car— waiting. I always wear walking shoes so that while I wait I can walk around the outside of the building or around the parking lot or even do squats and stretches standing next to my car. I couldn’t care less what people think. It works. Some days I have to eat whatever is close by and make the best choice that I can. It all evens out.
