Today is the first morning of many where I will be up and out of bed by 5am. I did arm workout from Prevention magazine this morning. Wanted to do the low back exercises, but have misplaced the exercise sheet.
Think I'm fretting a bit over the engagement photo that will be taken tomorrow. Ate like a pig that has been starved nearly to death. It wasn't pretty. Had like 76 points....which is 3 times the number of points I am to have.
One coat of arms down, 2 to go. Painting has been nice to relax and do something different than I normally would do (nothing - watch tv).
Netflix - going back to my initial plan -- I can't watch them unless I'm walking on the treadmill! Cut down on my movie watching when I would do it.
Breakfast/Snack - used 6 pts already. Daily Target Points is 26. Now you see why yesterday was so off the chain! The sodium amounts I had was crazy! Brought out my digital scale to weigh the chicken this morning. Amazing how little you get for 6 oz.
Well, off to refill my coffee cup - 16 oz of pure adrenaline (right).
