Thanks Glen! I think I need to give myself a little bit of freedom on Friday nights. My big issue is not allowing it to continue and be an every day thing. I dread the scale in the morning but I can rock the weekend and 'gain' some ground in the next 48 hours. Hope you sleep well too!
