Definitely NOT a good week so far. Katie and I made something from her pampered chef recipe book last night and I definitely ate WAY too much of it and wound up going from 10 points for breakfast and lunch to being 5 over my points for the day. NOT GOOD! I mean, I know I get 35 extra points a week, but I usually just save up those points for the weekend because I'm horrible at keeping track when I visit my parent's house because they just have so much food in the house. And Saturday nights I like to drink and we all know how we can waste away our points on drinks. I'm not discouraged or anything, but I do wish I would have stopped eating a little sooner than I did last night. Maybe I'll try going for a walk after work today and tomorrow if it's not blazing hot outside.
