I'm sorry for not posting for a while. I've been dodging the hacker. He or she, has been full of angst. He stole all my bitcoin. It seems to be all he wants. But they (there is a team, from Pakistan, and Western Asia). India is the big hitter. I'm not saying that they are bad people, But they sure are annoying.

I don't want to buy groceries. But I need to get the ball rolling. I am 262 again. I need to work on it. I am going back a bit, because as you can tell it's the Abs Diet. It treated me well after I reached a certain weight.

I am reading some books on relaxation, and reading some chess books.

My mom commented yesterday, that I have a hard time remembering. Even for short moments of time. My short time for remembering is faulty at best. I don't know why. I need to get some exercises. My memory was strong, and I need to get back to that. A strong mind.

Let me know what I can do to strengthen my memory. Thank you for your continued to help. The psychiatrist appointment is at 2pm on the 20th. I may be repeating what I said from a prior journal post.

Physical exercise is important for a multitude of reasons not least of which is to help us clear our minds and think about which thoughts can be purged and which ones are worthy of continuing to hang on to. It seems you have several complicated interests that take up a lot of brain space. Hehehe
