The 2 lbs. of bloating from the weekend are gone! It's also that time of the month so I'm sure it's not helping much. I'm having very little motivation to exercise but doing okay with food. Trying to keep myself busy with work, and figure out what I'm doing with my relationship. It's dreary here today, nothing new, but I'm hoping some of you get to see some sunshine today!
